What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Prospective employees who submit a thoughtful, strongly written resume that offers insight into the applicant as an individual and respond to all questions asked in the job posting tend to stand out as potential "Capstonians." Demonstrating commitment to meaningful causes, a track record of initiative and success in their work, and an understanding of how their knowledge can advance our mission helps. And, since our jobs can be sometimes stressful despite our best efforts to maintain a healthy work-life balance, having a sense of humor never hurts. We want candidates to review our website and have a good understanding of what we do. We want them to do research on our company and have a clear sense of why they think they would be a good fit at Capstone. They should dress professionally, be engaging, smile, and show quickly why they would be a great hire.
