At Capstone, building a culture centered around the well-being of our team members is #1. We want each team member to want to come to work every day and be excited to be a Capstonian and serve our clients in extraordinary ways. Part of the joy of our job is the environment we get to work in.

When we outgrew our building in Corn Hill and moved to Bushnell’s Basin, we wanted to create an environment that broke tradition. Rather than being tucked away in individual offices, our team can easily communicate and collaborate with each other. The stand-up desks allow for movement and breaks from extended sitting time.

The inviting, stocked cafe serves as a great meeting place, and gives everyone the chance to get up from their desks and enjoy lunch or a snack with their colleagues. Some team members choose to melt away any stress on the massage chair as well.

Our IT Service Technicians love visiting multiple client sites to share their expertise, and experience to provide recommendations along with strategic guidance to help solve business problems. While on site IT Technicians also perform incident resolution, routine site services, and support clients VIPs. You must be outgoing, willing to leverage technical training opportunities to improve your skills, and have unbeatable, super-hero caliber customer service….
