Sitima has over 15 years of experience implementing new technologies. Projects range from implementing automated manufacturing controls for Xerox, developing fiber-optic routers for Corning, and most recently leading research and manufacturing efforts in fuel-cell technologies for General Motors.
Sitima earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's degree in Manufacturing Management and Leadership from RIT.
Sitima serves on local boards and regularly speaks at conferences. Sitima also has 5 US patents under her name.

Mike has over 20 years of experience managing teams and improving processes through the use of technology, business analysis, project management, networking, and software development skills. He specializes in business process improvement and new technology implementation.
Mike is a Total Quality Management trainer and practitioner. He has led companies through HIPAA and Sarbanes Oxley compliancy. Mike has worked for Lockheed Martin, Unisys, and American Red Cross.
Mike earned a B.S. degree in Production Management from the University of Maryland.
