At Capstone, we believe that our client’s success is our success. To become even better at supporting the companies we serve, we recently invited a representative group of clients to a roundtable discussion and luncheon. Our goal was to discuss the many ways Capstone has grown, and open ourselves to our clients’ suggestions about our services in the future.
This event was held on September 28, 2011 at Black and Blue Restaurant in Pittsford, N.Y., where delicious entrees complimented the constructive conversation. Participation levels were high, and we’re sure that our company was not the only one to benefit from the positive comments, new ideas, and business networking that occurred over the course of the luncheon! We recommend gatherings like this, that focus on best practice and superior customer service, to any company that strives to make client satisfaction their number one priority!
